Schematic Design (SD) is the initial design phase and Design Partnership uses hand-drawn schematic designs, allowing for quick and accurate design solutions while enabling efficient revisions. 

Once the client approves the SD, the design is developed and refined on the computer during the Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) phases.
